Being David Reid's 'umble abode on the web
Welcome to my virtual garden gnome! This page serves no specific purpose, it's just a receptacle for anything I think might be interesting or amusing to other people, there's no actual schedule for updates but I do add new stuff from time to time, although the 'Stuff to be added' list never seems to change for some reason. The latest stuff is always linked under "NEW STUFF" below.
STUFF TO BE ADDEDThese pages are gradually evolving as time goes on and tend to get edited with whatever comes in handy at the time, mainly Notepad at the moment. They generally get tested with whatever my favourite browser is at the time, currently Opera 6 but they should work with Any Browser and have all been validated as fully HTML 3.2 compliant by the W3C validation service. If you have problems viewing them let me know, I might even do something about it.
Anyway, a bit about myself. I'm 32 years old and have ecently graduated from Staffordshire University with a degree in Mechatronics. During term time I was shareing a house in Stafford with three other students, the rest of the time I live with my parents and a cat. We live in a the village of Stoke Golding near Hinckley Leicestershire. My interests include bikes , computers and the Internet (obviously), canals , Foreign travel , classic cars specifically Morris Minors and reading the newsgroups uk.singles . and uk.rec.sheds .
It seems to be considered customary by many to include a picture of oneself at this point, so here's one of me sitting in my car looking at a map somewhere in Scotland If you're really interested you can click on the picture to get a bigger version:
Instead of reading this page why not light the barbie and chuck some pumpkins. If you don't want to do that you could order a pizza or if you don't like those two options then work off the frustration by insulting someone. Whatever you decide, get yourself a coffee first.
